suprised i played so much of this as a young teen

Much better than I expected, but you can still see the seams and cracks in it all over. Enemies spawn right as you enter rooms and shit, that sort of thing. Still, alright tactical shooter with low difficulty overall, plus the Vegas environment makes it slightly less boring than any other shooter like this.

Although a visual improvement over the first, the set pieces here aren't as interesting. Gameplay is the strongest point, as I found myself not being bothered to stay invested in the story. Overall I enjoyed playing this through more than I did with the first.

A very strange note for the series to go dormant on. It's all right? It has some ideas that don't all work super well, necessarily. Played on the highest possible difficulty to try and get some of that classic Rainbow Six feel, and it was all right. Story is fully nonsense but that's not really important.
