effectively accesses some weird, specific emotional pockets while being pretty consistently funny and (i'll die on this hill) fun to play. everything is fake but we're all the realest. something like that
the only actual characters here are the most see through guy of all time and a completely impenetrable woman. the scenes where sylvia tells travis through the phone that she's doing something and she shows up in a barely sketched generic place with faceless people are so dreamy
