The story and characters are really good. It is a bit underdeveloped in some areas but the pros outweigh the cons.
The gameplay is a refined mix of Xenoblade 1 and 2. The combat feels great as it feels smoother and faster than the other games in the series. The vast amount of customization the class system offers is a great way to diversify each character's playstyle.
