Just straight up one of the best action games of all-time, the changes in gameplay tempo thanks to Leon's new movement + weapon sandbox are just incredible. While probably two chapters too long, the core experience is so sweaty and so truly scary at moments that I'm just in awe. It doesn't replace the original, but it stands proudly alongside that landmark title.

And jfc Leon and Ashley are hot. Added points for that.
