It's honestly a pretty good game, but I just don't have the patience to enjoy it. I had the same issue with one of the previous OlliOlli games (I forget which one it was I played). The fundamental mechanics are sound and can't be faulted, it's just that I don't really dig the trial and error, start/stop nature of it all. I was jiving with it to begin with, but the game kept on adding more mechanics/moves and by the point I was halfway through the third world, my brain felt like it was going to implode with all the different shit there was to incorporate into combos. It was tough enough just traversing through a level, but now I've got to remember landings and spins and grabs?!

So I abandoned it. I'm not proud, but if one isn't having fun then one isn't having fun. And by the third world, I wasn't having fun.

(Also, all the banter before and after levels is garbage. Holy shit, is the game better if you just skip all that stuff.)

I honestly was very hyped after enjoyed Olli Olli 1 and 2, but found myself a little disappointed in this one. Still a good game, but fell short of what I expected.
