Played on release -- This game takes everything from its predecessors and uses them to produce an impeccable 3rd mainline game in the series. No game has made me cry as hard as this one, and while I do think that there is quite a bizarre shift in pace near the end of the game, it holistically is excellent and I cannot recommend it enough.
