My biggest problem with Life is Strange 2 is the fact that it seems to traumatize it's characters for the sake of traumatizing them. There is absolutely nothing meaningful gained from having Sean lose his father, get kidnapped, be betrayed by a potential lover, lose an eye, and possibly die.

Also it does have an undeniable heavy left leaning tone where it tries to paint the police as the villains in the story when the brothers' situation is happening soley because of their decisions and it honestly makes the story not enjoyable to experience since everything just feels so forced, not to mention Daniel is the most annoying child to ever exist.
