A decent Rockman clone that for it's price could be a whole lot worse. It's got 10 stages, 6 multiple playable characters. It feels very blatant in what it tries to be in fact I swear the way the menu and title screen looks make me think they copied Blaster Master Zero though maybe I'm being stupid. It's pretty easy too so it'll take you less than an hour to beat. You could do a whole lot worse but you won't be too impressed.
