Literally the longest final boss known to mankind, it turned out I didn't properly build for it so I'd have to go back and rework my team to then do the 40 minutes of battle over again and I just didn't wanna. Hated the story too, so I didn't exactly care for how it'd end.
This is technically after the final boss but there was some climbing sequence I was having a lot of trouble with, I was already pretty sick of the game and I just gave up cause it's not like I expected a good conclusion to the pretty shit story.
I was already aware that Shinobi's final boss was a complete jankfest, and didn't want it to sour my opinion of the game too much. So I tried it a few times, got mollywhopped, and closed the game.
