Finding a good game on the NES isn't too hard, you just need to know where to look. But to find a game so incredibly polished, ambitious and ahead of its time, that's rare. Weirdly not talked about as much as the console's "stars" such as Mega Man 2 or Super Mario Bros 3, Kirby's Adventure defies the conventions of its time by being a gentler, friendlier and much more advanced game that wishes to charm you, not challenge you (though still not exactly a spring breeze).
