This game was an incredibly weird experience. In addition to an extremely interesting story, which here and there gets lost in confusing technical blah blah, "Death Stranding" shines above all with its creative game play mechanics. Ultimately, my rating remains rather mediocre because many mechanics are simply not fully developed and the gaming experience is not sufficiently balanced. It's rare that you'll be so interested and at the same time relaxed about traveling through an open world, but you'll have to realize that this world has nothing to offer and that most missions consist of a simple "take A to B and come back". The incredibly creative ideas of the developers do not hide this. But I'm very excited to see what the second part will offer and what the developers have learned.
