the ending is incredibly abrupt and probably the sign of a rushed product planned to be finished later through the episodes that would later grow in scope but damn if the credits music didn't bang

oh and also the game is good i guess

combat feels a bit less high-tension and high-impact compared to HL1 but the antlions and physics objects were really fun to mess around with also FUCK striders 8 rockets is way too many rockets when you can only hold three at a time and they take a while to fire and land

the story is also pretty good and very well-written
