Despite an improvement in frame rate and controls, the interesting addition of a reputation system between three different mafias in every map and the posibility of saving in the levels making it more enjoyable to play than the first one, it lacks the over the top satire and more diverse locales of GTA 1 that made it memorable while still mantaining that arcade style gameplay which made me lose interest quickly. Also, you don't go escaping from psychopathic pro-lifers in this one 🤣
