In alot of ways this game is shit. The story is shit. The music is mostly shit. The dialogue (excluding the 2 main character's back and forth) is shit. But for some reason Spike Chunsoft made the gameplay fun as fuck, the way I describe the gameplay is like playing Resi 4, but you're not playing as Leon, instead you're playing as Ashley. Not defenseless Ashley from that re4 section, no. Ashley but she has a pistol that can 1 shot enemies if aimed right. It's extremely fun. The bosses are very boring but the gameplay of fighting monokumas, while easy, is very fun to do. It's extremely satisfying to hit them in the eye for a 1 hit KO. That one fucked up minigame is a glaring flaw and is why I would never reccomend this game to anyone despite how fun I find it. Overall, the gameplay is an 8/10 while everything else is a 2/10. So if you're going to play this game I'd take TV Tropes advice: Play The Game, Skip The Story.
