I've always had a soft spot for Nintendo titles starring the Miis. Games like Wii Sports Resort, Nintendo Land, and Tomodachi Life have provided me with countless hours of gameplay filled with a certain charm I can't quite describe. Miitopia is no exception, as the updated Mii Maker allows for the most creative minds to come up with whatever they desire. Unfortunately, the depth of the Mii Maker isn't completely matched by the actual game. While I was pretty engaged for the first few hours, I began to lose interest hours before reaching the final boss. Still, I managed to push through and even get through the postgame, which has to mean something. Overall, I hope we get more Mii games in general and I hope the fantastic customization of Miitopia is carried over.
