(PS2 version this time)
Three times playing this game and I still don't like it.
To be fair, I think the first world and a good amount of the second world is good, but after it drops hard for me. And that's not even getting into the issues I have with the good parts and in general, like the touch damage in a game that requires you to attack enemies and throws you into combat arenas, and challenges like the stupid fishing and muffin minigames, as well as the damn rings when you ride in the zoomer. Alongside that, Snowy Mountain and Spider Cave just suck so much as levels (the swamp too) and I don't think the other later levels really make up for it (Gol and Maya's Citadel is good though).
Though to praise it, I do think the writing, looks, and music are really good
