As much as this was a milestone for gaming, it's difficult to re-experience it's thrill nowadays. Once you tweak it to work as intended, you get a lot of padding missions, frustrating chokepoints and a mediocre cast.

It's almost baffling to think that it was only 1 year between this and vice city.
