These are the undisputed BEST baseball games on the market, the gameplay in the SMB series shits on The Show it's not even funny. If you've avoided this for its look, shame on you.

Management Sims are sweet, and being able to go in and tinker with stuff to the nth degree is so much fun to me. I've made a Scottish and European league, made up of fake players and teams, and I love just learning about how everything's going on. The history of it all. It's great.

Man, I just love this game. It's probably the most arcadey baseball on this list, the pitching and hitting is as simple as it gets, and fielding and baserunning is essentially automatic. But it's got so much character, it feels like a game that is about baseball, rather than a baseball video game. That doesn't make sense. Who cares. Play ball.

This is a stand in for all the "MLB The Show" games I've played. Stands out, in my mind, as being the best of the big name games for any major sport. Better than Madden, than FIFA, etc. Just does Baseball pretty damn well, if not particularly exciting.

Actually swinging something like a bat is fun! The rest of the baseball-feel is pretty pish, but you can't really beat swinging a Wii mote for a home run tbh
