A downgrade from the masterpiece that is MHW, the graphics are worse, the game is easier, the hub is smaller and worse. The game is okay in itself but if you compare it to MHW you realize how inferior it is in every way. Also a lot of the armor starts to mesh together and looks the same the more you play which sucks because the main appeal of the monster hunter series for me was always the armor and I think MHR has my least fav armor out of all of them
