DON'T FORGET ME! THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME!?!

memes aside, XBC2 really feels like the off-brand younger brother compared to XBC1 when it comes to it's story beats, themes, field skills as a whole and blade rolling.

Under all that though is a game that shine beyond what came before it.
This game changed me from 'oh it's just anime crap just roll with it'
to
'i have permanent emotional scaring from ALL THE CAST'

shoutouts to ya boy Zeke von Genbu, Bringer of Chaos and his driver Turters.

One of the best shooters I've played in years.
Story is charming, characters are fun, weapons are.. well there's a lot.
This game has a TCG which is funny.
If i could, i'd buy this game plus online for all my friends.

it's overwatch but with 120% focus on a battle pass.
At least the matches are quick.

-100% completion-
A few rough last achevements with food but apart from that. 10/10 game. amazing stories, art, food, combat.

A big runner in the massive wave that was F2PMMORPG anime styled.
Out with a bang and sadly went out with a whimper when aeria games lost the rights to keep updating the game with new content and FNO went down.
At least Vendetta carries the heart that lingers on, bootlegged and all <3

Between amazing combat, good story, good characters AND THE GLORY THAT IS 'He's a Pirate' MIDI VERSION.

9.5/10 game, maybe even 10/10

The most varied and amazing soundtrack i've listen to. Songs in made-up languages are my absolute weakness and the energy it brings is nothing short of stunning.

oh right this is a video game uhh...
You're honestly better off learning japanese, watching a walkthrough or reading the indepth wiki for the game.
NISA and their awful translation works turns a strange game with a silly idea into a pretty stale by the books anime trope story which has a shit ton of bugs in it for no reason apart from put together with hopes, dreams and glue.

Started out strong and did nothing but widdle away into the background in such a short amount of times, just like a good fireworks show.

Gen 4 is a solid point of entry right next to Gen 5.
Loved one run and will love many more in the future.
