it's a competent fighter with decent visuals. considering the game revolves around folklore and fantasy you'd think the fighter that jokingly transforms into a cat would be a witch but Capcom were ahead of the curve and instead made them a literal cat woman. i might be rating this higher than i should be but the fighters of this era aged really poorly on the PlayStation but this is surprisingly not the case here
