this is a game about depression where the people involved in making it dont know how depression works. so much of the dialogue is quirky wholesome slop and the characters dont evolve until the last hour of the game. the fact that you can magically make the depressed character not only happy but ecstatic in battles is such a slap in the face to anyone who actually has the condition. not even the music is good. the only redeeming factor is the artstyle but you can only get so far with that (a 0.5 review to be exact). if you want an rpg that is so bad that it circles back around to being good, unlike this game, play yiik. not this.

or you could also remove the 'om' in 'omori' and youll have one of the best games to come out in the past few years.
