I had such a blast playing this game, just as I did with RE4 and RE2 remakes, so I'm surprised to read some reviews and find that this release had a very mixed reception. The bulk of the criticism I've heard towards it doesn't really apply to me, as I've barely played the original game.

Can't wait for the inevitable RE5 remake!
