Bioshock Infinite has a lot of Halo DNA in it. A 2 weapon limit, recharging shields, the works. Mix that with some extremely light character customization with the vigors and gears, and Infinite is... just good. Not great, marvelous, or the best game I've ever played. Just good. Where I did mostly enjoy the story and find the gameplay good in spite of my complaints, Infinite as a package could have been something more. The ending, without getting into spoilers, is so absurdly rushed and will make your head explode. I've heard mixed thoughts on its DLC, Burial at Sea, so I'll have to see whether or not I enjoy those more.
