Dead Space 3 is a weird one. The action is bigger and flashier, and honestly, the weapon crafting is super fun. BUT it loses the pure creepiness of the first two games, feeling way more generic. The story is meh, the co-op feels tacked on, and those microtransactions are gross. If you're desperate for more Dead Space it's not AWFUL, but it's a major step down from the series' best.
