Genuinely extremely disappointed in this game. What was the start of a massive series has aged like complete dogwater. The game runs out of ideas by the midway point, has horribly placed checkpoints and wonky af difficulty, an extremely bland story that I couldn’t be bothered to care about, enemy and companion ai that is dumb as hell and gets you killed more often than not, and a feeling of this game going in one ear and out the other. Glad I never have to replay it.
