One of the best open world games I've ever played. Like holy shit, even with the dated graphics it still has a strong art style and impressive density for 2008 standards. The city at night looks gorgeous even till this day.

My only complaint is that the mission structure can get repetitive. That's it. I have no other issues with this game. I even liked the driving and I think the complaints about it are overblown to proportion.
