i was a bit worried going back to this game that it wouldn't live up to how absolutely perfect i built it up in my head but i came out loving it even more. everything about this game is absolutely wonderful. super colorful and well done pixel art, one of the best video game osts of all time, a super sweet and meaningful story, and especially some of the most satisfying control in a video game mixed with the most satisfying level design a platformer can have. i really can't sing the praises of everything this game does more. i love this game to death, 2d platformers have peaked.
