Epic Games has succesfully violated one of my favorite multiplayer games of all time. The way they absolutely murdered the store; plaguing it with microtransactions, so that anything not common is paid. While the core gameplay is still the same; that feeling of being on top with crowns is gone. Originally you'd earn crowns as currency to spend on premium costumes without the ability to pay for them. You could buy Kudos (which was dumb) but honestly it would've been much more tolerable if they made crowns buyable. Would've been the best of both worlds albeit that value wouldn't be the same. It'd be a hell of a lot better than whatever monster Epic Games made. They murdered this game and stitched it back together with microtransactions. Fuck you guys.

On a positive note; the new rounds are really fun, but there's no point to do anything except the season pass. Just grind that out and set it aside until the next season. God save us all.

Playing with my significant other is still fun but I don't have nearly as much fun with this anymore as I once did. Pain.
