Co-op Pac-Man for babies.
My kids are 3 and 5 and they LOVE this game. The main game is a series of successive levels in which your team can't cumulatively lose all of your shared lives or you get a game over, so that's not the best to play with little kids because they'll eat up all your lives. (Like the lives mechanic in the Zelda part of Nintendo Land) It's also too boring/uninteresting for most adults to stick with, so I wouldn't recommend the main mode to just about anybody.
The other multiplayer mode has two teams, one side is trying to collect all the Pac-Man pellets, and the other side is trying to catch them. Every time one of you is caught, you start the round over, but the pellets you've picked up stay collected. Like the other mode, your whole team shares lives. This is super simple, so I wouldn't really recommend it with adults, but my kids absolutely love it.
This is one of those games that goes on sale for like 10 cents, so if you've got kids, I'd say that's exactly what it's worth. Everyone else, stay away.
