You should definitely give it a go! It's helpful to have some resources for general game knowledge. A YouTuber called ModelOmega did a really helpful intro video to the game, and just watching that will give you all the knowledge you need. It's more of a game of patience than difficulty, but you will be rewarded for your time and effort with a phenomenal story and some of the most unique, sandboxy FE gameplay.
