Cleared on why and wtf difficulties... using the extra health and bombs because of achievement testing. Either way it would have been doable with default settings. Achievements also unlock if you use (limited) continues. At least I beat the extra legit.
Back, installed VanillaHUDPlus instead of WolfHUD, played Ukranian prisoner solo and got all its achievements. I didn't lose my touch at stealth at all.
All challenges cleared. (6h 13m) Had to replay some S-ranks because it's not tracking them across different difficulties. Typical. After that, realistic and grind.
