Me, my lightning Lucerne, my grass shield and my dodge rolls against the world.

I played this around 2016-2017, always taking some breaks inbetween plays, until I could finally beat it. The game really lived up to its fame back then. I'm not sure now (that's where DS3 and Elden Ring can help), but it really did at the time.
