Maybe it's because this was my first experience with Saints Row, but...idk, I honestly thought it was pretty fun.

Flawed, yes, but gameplay-wise, there's not a whole lot I can complain about. And I don't really care for a ton of open-world games, so the fact that I enjoyed this says something. All in all, I feel like the hate felt a bit overexaggerated.
