Ninja Noun
Only two parts to the title: [Ninja] and [Noun], in that order.
Unbroken strings of nouns are allowed, but proper nouns are disqualified. No JaJaMaru, no Hattori, etc.
Multiple games from a single series would be redundant.

@silvernevermind It technically is a pronoun but it's made up of two separate words that are not themselves pronouns, so it's fine. It's a similar situation as "Ninja Princess" or "Ninja Girl." These are the names of the characters but no single word is itself a name. The true catch here is that "Ninjatown" is a conjunction. No space. I haven't had to account for anything like that yet... but if some exceptions are being made for prepositions like "THE Ninja Warriors" or "Ninja: Shadow OF Darkness" for adhering more to the spirit than the style, exceptions could be made for conjunctions as well
Ninja Cop/Ninja Five-O(?)
Five-O is not anything! Fake nonsense! Ninja Cop will begrudgingly be added to the list
Correction: Ninja Cop would have been added to the list if it was called "Ninja Cop." Unfortunately it is called "Ninja Cop Saizou," with Saizou being the name of the ninja cop. Disqualified
