I had heard this was the best in the series, and I kinda hope that's not the case, way too much of this game is padding, and just as it feels like the story and characters are starting to get going, the game ends.

I will, however, say that I love everything about the ghosts in this game, which are a big improvement over the first game (where the ghosts were already incredible). I normally play older survival horror games for the charm and silliness, but I was plesantly surprised by how genuinely scary the ghosts are in this game. I just wish the game wasn't so bloated.
