Dazzler almost got an animated cartoon to tie into the MODOK and Hit-Monkey cartoons, but Marvel cancelled it when they realized making a series of animated shows of characters that nobody knows wasn't a good idea

Yeah, instead of an ironic Joss Whedon cartoon they should have just made MODOK the straight villain in Iron Man 3
