This game is never going to come out. It's been in production for so long, and the lead dev is honestly not good at what he's doing (plus he's a jerk).
It's fun if you enjoy RPing as a dinosaur, but otherwise, it's pretty boring. I haven't played in a while but I keep up with updates, and all the devs seem to do is actively spite the dwindling playerbase. Maybe someday it'll come out and be super awesome, but as it's being worked on now, just go play another game, there's quite a few spinoffs of this that are run by nicer people.
