Hitman 2 is basically more of Hitman 2016, and that's a good thing. Mostly.

Like the first entry I didn't care for the overall plot, there's too many vaguely named organisations and people like The Constant, Providence, Iago, ICA and Shadow Clients that are involved and explained in dull expositional cut scenes.

But also like the first one there's an excellent selection of levels to play around in. None of them quite reach the heights of Sapienza for me, and it's once again front loaded with the best areas, but it's a great group without any stand out weak areas that improves on the first entry overall.

Gameplay is tweaked and refined rather than overhauled but if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Highly recommended if you enjoyed the first one.
