The writing and characters maintains the charm of the base game and other DLC, and this DLC introduces some interesting concepts about life in Halcyon. However, I was sorely disappointed that through the murder myster plot every suspect has a credible but not ironclad alabi so that I hesitated greatly on making an accusation before finding out that it didn't matter who I accused because it always ended the same, but not before presenting the player with a very Fallout 3-esque "be good or be Hitler" moral choice. Still a good piece of content and look forward to a bigger, better, and bolder Outer Worlds 2
