Don't really need to go into too much detail but it's Centipede, shoot the centipedes body while trying to destroy barriers to make it easier to access killing the centipede, while avoiding giant spiders that attempt to kill you from the sides and jumping about. It's a classic I really enjoyed, but I personally prefer the 2600 version, but the original is still amazing.
