@HaroKid This is the video game equivalent of me getting a film degree and then spending years intentionally not watching The Godfather to piss people off. Funny only to me while also being harmful to my enjoyment only.

@LarryDavis It does take longer than I thought it would before they give you access to Typhon powers. I guess they wanted to spend more time acclimating the player to Talos and what the game's loop looked like or whatever, but they do spend a bit too long with that. Once I was able to blow shit up with my mind and shoot lighting out of my hands, the game really started to click with me.

I will also say that all of Arkane's games, both Lyon and Austin, have problems with slow starts. The first time I played this I drifted off of it after a couple of hours, and same with Dishonored 1. My main problem with them is that they take too long to give you access to all the Real Shit and show you how much insane crap you can actually do.
