Na hes right. Most of the people that claim megaten is a great franchise probably haven’t played most of the franchise since theres a lot of bad eggs like last bible special, smt if…, megami tensei 1, another bible, etc being straight up garbage

@YuriKozukata Yeah, but SMT also has Nocturne, Strange Journey, Devil Survivor, SMT IV, etc. You didn't bring up Persona, but the review did and Persona has it's fair share of mediocre entries such as Persona 3 Em, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Revelations: Persona, and Persona 3: The Answer, but it also has Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal. I do love Catherine, though.

Yeah I really dislike Persona 1 & 2 and consider the persona series in general to be mediocre

bruh thoes games do not represent the series at all, for some reason atlus did not translate them and didn't sell well, and besides that, the other SMT games are pretty solid to be overshadowed by some shovelware japanese phone game that came out in 2007.
