it's a bit disappointing how barebones it is but i think that the gameplay can absolutely stand on its own and im glad to have new levels

Massive improvement over Sonic 1 but it does still have some problems that date it for sure
Difficulty felt more fair (though there are still some bs moments) and I thought it was designed much better, plus the new zones are more interesting
Looking forward to trying Sonic 3 for sure
