The voice acting and characterization (even of minor NPCs) are fantastic, and combined with decent dialogue made watching the support conversations my actual goal in this game. Everything else was a bit lacking, although much of that's probably due to the game being calibrated (narratively and mechanically) to higher difficulties and multiple playthroughs (I played once through, on Normal, due to this being my first tactics game)
