A masterpiece in RPG and third person shooter design, this took everything about the first game and turned it up to 11. While the stakes were not as high, the Elusive Man makes for a fantastic villain and your companions stories this time around are much more engaging and poignant (except Jacob). No other game for me has exceeded the emotional highs and lows of this masterclass, and it still stands on its own.
