I do like me a good maze arcade game and this does the job well. Theres plenty of colourful level designs, weird powerups and silly mid-level cutscenes to keep things breezing along but its also a bit too on the short side. Its pretty easy to whizz through all the levels and have it loop round, at which point you've pretty much seen all the tricks it has.
