(sonic's ultimate genesis collection 21/40)

this is very close in quality to its predecessor but was the one that made me realize both games can have pretty recurring problems with screen crunch. its not too hard to get used to but dying to it every once in a while is rather irritating.

while far less pretty than the original tbh, it kind of fits given this is in a far murkier setting (which might i add is done very well, except stages 9 and 11 which are kind of just ugly). so i cant rly fault it for being less colorful or anything lmao

either way, good shit once more
