Someone told me to play this, looks like it's popular with Hivemind Controlling Youtuber #378459283745. He talks about the actual game for only like 3 or 4 minutes out of 20-something. You know how it is.
I guess to be fair there's not a lot to say. It's mostly just average in execution while bogged down by hardware problems. There's an attempt at a 3D court but it just runs all choppy and doesn't really look very good to begin with. It's often hard to tell what Dick is saying due to voice quality, and the music is completely ridiculous. Not a lot to take away from it all.
The cartridge is pretty fucking funny, though. If you put it in the console it looks like he's just peeking out of it. Probably the most noteworthy thing here.
