This game is most borderline good/bad game I've played. The Story is that you play as Jaws the shark gets captured to be put into a Marine Theme Park, but escapes and you have to survive being attacked by the humans, this plot is very stereotypical, there are barely any surprises, but this isn't really a problem as the game works fine as a shark simulator type adventure, so it doesn't really need a new story. The Characters are bland, except for a much older Michael Brody who is heavily focused on, returning from the Jaws films, the voice acting also isn't good at all, it sounds like the actors were forced to do their lines. The Graphics are very off, they don't look good for a PS2 game, but this isn't enough to make the game bad. The Controls may feel hard to eat and charge with at first, but you can buy points to improve your hunger, health, speed and other options. The Gameplay is the main attraction here, you play a shark, and you can attack boats and eat people, it's really fun to play, I should warn you though, careful how you eat to restore your hunger and health, biting is not the same as eating, focus carefully when eating. The Music is a fine cover of the Original Jaws theme, not good, but good enough to start this game off, and Sounds work fine enough for the adventure as well. Jaws Unleashed is a really mixed bag, but the problems it has is not enough to make this fun game bad.
